Privacy and your information

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask what personal information My CoC holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to prove who you are first.

Certificates of Compliance are legal records, so they are kept even if you ask for deletion. Your personal details on them can be limited where the law allows.
